我们是唯一一家以多样化为竞争优势的跨国公司联合体。 雷诺-日产是两个跨国公司的全球联盟：雷诺总部在法国，日产在日本。这两家公司现在互相控股，互相交换发动机零部件的生产和技术。但它们仍然是两家独立的个体，股东不同、董事会也不一样。这一联盟已经运转了十年，非常坚固。我们还在各个区域增加了很多新的合作伙伴，比如东风日产，还有俄罗斯的汽车厂商AvtoVAZ，我们在韩国也有合作联盟三星雷诺。

Carlos Ghosn is CEO of both Renault and Nissan,two big international auto companies,a very rare ease among transnational corporations.What is the secret of his success? On October 30th,Mr.Ghosn gave a speech at Tsinghua University about his remarkable experiences. Renault-Nissan is the only multinational corporate alliance that uses diversity as their core advantage in competition.Ghosn believes that people of different cultural backgrounds working together will have better performance in the long term.In particular,diversity can be the adhesive that keeps a company together to survive crises and enable it to respond to future challenges in a more effective way.Regarding himself,Ghosn admits that the greatest challenge of being CEO of two companies is the need to satisfy two board of directors,which means reasonably allotting time to balance work in two companies,and the jet-lag as well.
