麦洼牦牛LDH同工酶的组织特异性研究 被引量:2

摘要 对麦洼牦牛心、肝、肾、肌肉及血浆LDH同工酶谱和相对活力、LDH总活力进行了测定.结果表明,麦洼牦牛LDH1存在F、S两种表型.F型和S型个体之间除肾脏中LDH5和肝脏中LDH3相对活力差异显著外,其余组织器官及血浆LDH同工酶相对活力、LDH总活力无显著差异;麦洼牦牛LDH同工酶具有明显的组织特异性,肌肉中以LDH5和M亚基为主.其余组织器官及血浆LDH1相对活力和H亚基比例最大;LDH同工酶谱和相对活力具有一定的个体差异. The LDH isoenzymes were analysed on their distribution,relative activity and total activity in heart,liver,kidney,muscle and plasma of Maiwa yak.The results showed that there existed two phenotypes in LDH 1(F,S).No siginicant differences in relative activity and total activity of LDH isoenzymes in the same tissues or plasma were observed between the F and S phenotype individual except relative activity of LDH 5 in kindey and LDH 3 in liver.The peculiarities of LDH isoenzyme in tissues were obvious,the relative activity of LDH 1 and percentage of H subunit in heart,liver,kidney and plasma were dominent while the relative activity of LDH 5 and percentage of M subunit in muscle were high.There were also some differences in LDH isoenzyme distribution and relative activity among individuals.
