摘要
设计了一种基于ARM与FPGA的电子式互感器,采集器采用低功耗的MSP430单片机控制,合并单元主要由FPGA与ARM两个核组成,FPGA主要负责数据处理,ARM主要负责控制、发送、显示、人机接口等,ARM与FPGA之间采用并行与串行通信相结合的方式。对IEC61850-9-1与IEC61850-9-2作了比较,介绍了SCL配置语言,分析了本设计的延时、同步、准确性以及与传统互感器的接口,该互感器具有绝缘性能好、抗干扰能力强等优点。
The design of electronic transformer was based on ARM and FPGA. Microcontroller MSP430 was chosen to control the collector for the purpose of low-power consumption. Merging Unit was mainly composed of two cores which were FPGA and ARM. The FPGA was in charge of data processing and the ARM was in charge of control, MSV sending, display and man-machine interface. The mode of the communication between the ARM and the FPGA was combined of serial and parallel style. IEC 61850-9-1 and 1EC 61850-9-2 were compared, substation configuration language (SCL) introduced. Then the performance of time delay, synchroni- zation, accuracy and the interface with the traditional transformer were analyzed.
