高校体育专业本科生开设体操课程的现状及对策——以新疆维吾尔自治区为例 被引量:3

摘要 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等,对新疆高校体育专业本科体操类课程现状进行分析,为体操类课程实施与更新,改进新疆高校体操类课程教学中的存在问题和不足,适应体操类课程的更新与当前的体操动态的发展趋势,深化体操教学改革的发展与创新,提供一些建议和参考。结果显示:1)体操类理论课程的器械健身体操的裁判法、体操教学法、体操术语、体操教学特点、教学内容的比例偏高,而体操技术原理、健美操、艺术体操、体操舞蹈、街舞和团体操表演等理论课的教学内容的比例偏低;2)体操类术科课的技巧技能教学内容的比例偏高,而单杠、双杠、跳跃比例偏低;3)基本体操教学课内容方面,从量上比例较低。 This paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, such as mathematical statistics and analyzes the situation of Xinjiang University Sports Undergraduate courses gymnastics for the implementation of gymnastics courses and the im- provement of the existence of problems and deficiencies of the types of Xinjiang Universi- ty Teaching Gymnastics, in order to adapt to current trends in the development of dy- namic exercise, deepen the development of gymnastics teaching reform and innovation, and provide some suggestions and recommendations. The results showed that : 1) the the ory of equipment gymnastics referee Fitness law, teaching gymnastics, gymnastics termi- nology, the characteristics of gymnastics teaching and teaching content in category theory courses gymnastics show the high proportion , but the theory of technical principles of gymnastics, aerobics, artistic gymnastics, gymnastic dance, hip-- hop and group calisthenics show the proportion of the teaching content is low; 2)the teaching conten of skills and technical in category gymnastics show the high proportion, while the proportion of the horizontal bar,parallel bars and jump is low; 3)the quantity of basic gymnastics class teaching content is relatively low.
