An Analysis of Sterilization Effect in the Medical Institutes in Dali

目的:分析医疗机构消毒工作中存在的问题及采取措施。方法:对大理州各级医疗机构连续6年消毒效果进行动态分析。结果:6年来消毒(灭菌)总合格率为80.90%,合格率逐年提高;地州级医疗机构合格率94.68%,个体医疗机构合格率68.56%,医院级别越低,合格率也越低。结论:不同级别医疗机构中消毒合格率差别很大,乡村级及个体医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量还处于较低水平,需加强卫生监督管理。

Objective： To analyze the problems and measures in sterilization by the medical institutes. Methods： The effects of sterilization of all the medical institutes in Dali were analyzed dynamically and continuously in six years. Results： The total eligible rate of the six years was 80.90%, eligible rates increasing year by year; the eligible rate of state-owned medical institutes was 94.68%, and the individual institutes was 68.56%; the lower the level of medical institute, lower the eligible rate is. Conclusions： The eligible rates of sterilization are much different among medical institutes of different levels. In the rural and individual medical institutes, the level of sterilization is lower, which should be supervised.
