摘要
[目的]为种子萌发过程中贮藏蛋白质的分解及葫芦的种质差异提供理论依据。[方法]试验以瓢形和细腰形葫芦种子为试材,对2种类型葫芦种子中不同性质的蛋白进行SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对比分析。[结果]瓢形与细腰形葫芦种子获得的蛋白带型整体分布相同,但瓢形与细腰形葫芦相比,其盐溶和水溶蛋白表达量较大。[结论]瓢形与细腰形2种葫芦种子中,仅盐溶和水溶蛋白表达差异显著。
[Objective] The theoretical basis of the decomposition of storage protein in gourd seed germination and the difference in gourd germplasm was provided. [ Method] The gourd-shaped and slender waist-shaped gourd seed being taken as experimental material, the different kinds of proteins in two types of gourd seeds were analyzed with SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. [ Results] The overall distribution of protein banding pattern of them was same and the expression volume of the sah-soluble and water-soluble protein in gourd-shaped seed was larger than these of slender waist-shaped seed. [ Conclusion] There was significant difference in the expression of the sah-soluble and water-soluble protein in gourd-shaped and slender waist-shaped seeds only.
