氨苄西林混悬液对鸡大肠杆菌病的药效研究

摘要 [目的]评价氨苄西林混悬液对鸡大肠杆菌病的疗效,为临床合理用药提供依据。[方法]以科宝肉鸡为研究对象,通过体外和体内抑菌试验研究了用氨苄西林混悬液防治鸡大肠杆菌病的疗效,并与氨苄西林可溶性粉进行了对比。[结果]体外抑菌试验结果表明:氨苄西林混悬液和氨苄西林可溶性粉对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为1μg/ml和4μg/ml;体内抑菌试验中,氨苄西林混悬液各组的死亡率明显低于阳性对照组,统计学差异显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)。在治疗效果上,氨苄西林混悬液各组与氨苄西林可溶性粉各组比较,治愈率和有效率显著提高,死亡率明显降低,但均无统计学差异;在增重效果上,氨苄西林混悬液各组与阳性对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01),与阴性对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01),与氨苄西林可溶性粉各组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]氨苄西林混悬液可用于防治鸡大肠杆菌病,预防量以30mg/L,治疗剂量为90mg/L为最佳。 [ Objective] The research aimed to evaluate the curative effect of Ampicillin suspension against the chicken infected by coliform, and provide basis for clinical rational drug use. [ Methods] The curative effect of Ampieillin suspension was tested in preventing the eolibaeillosis in Kebao Chicken through in vitro and in vivo experiments, and was compared the result with Ampicillin soluble powder. [ Results ] Vitro test results showed that : the minimal inhibitory concentration of E. coli by Ampieillin suspension and Ampieillin soluble powder were 1 μg/nd and 4 μg/ml. Vivo antibacterial trials indicated that : the mortality of Ampieillin suspension groups were lower than positive control group obviously, the difference was significant(P 〈0.05 -0.01 ). Compared the groups used Ampieillin Suspension and Ampicillin Soluble Powder,the cure rate and effective power were significantly increased, the mortality was significantly decreased, but there were no significant difference. Compared the groups used Ampieillin Suspension with the positive control group, the results in weight gain was significant difference ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; the treatment groups used Ampieillin Suspension with the negative control group were significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) ;the Ampieillin suspension groups and the Ampicillin Soluble Powder groups were significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusions ] The Ampicillin suspension could be used for prevention and treatment of colibaeillosis in chickens,the best dose to prevention was 30 mg/L and the treatment dose was 90 mg/L.
