摘要 [目的]研究高效的家蚕人工授精技术。[方法]取雌蛾交配约30min后的交尾囊,通过挤压离心提取精细胞,胰蛋白酶处理后进行交尾囊注射。[结果]建立了家蚕精子细胞高效采集技术;2人解剖操作,每h可取得精液100μl左右;显微镜观测精子细胞活率达80%以上;精液的纯度较好,家蚕的受精率平均达76.5%。[结论]高效家蚕精液提取处理技术的建立为家蚕精子其他相关技术的研究提供技术基础。 [ Objective ] To study efficient artificial insemination for the silkworm. [ Method ] Extracted sperms from bursa eopulatrix of female moth after mated for 30 minutes, then were injected into other virgin moths with trypsinase. [ Result] A successful method was established. Efficiency was improved greatly, two workers could gain 100 μl semen in an hour. The microscope detection results showed that the percentage of live sperms extracted from bursa copulatrix was over 80%. The harvested semen was very pure, and the average fertilization rate of silkworm was 76.5%. [ Conclusion] The establishment of efficient semen extraction technique of silkworm provides some technical basis for researches of other relative techniques for silkworm.
