摘要
介绍了MLCC封端机的系统设计,该机的机械结构采用圆盘状浸银槽和由步进电机拖动的滚珠丝杠为主体的封端板上下运动机构,结构紧凑合理;由单片微型机系统和光电编码器等组成的位置控制和程序控制以及保护装置使封端机高效率高精度,软件采用模块结构,各种操作和参数修改方便;采用输入操作码的并列结构,使该机操作简单方便.使用结果表明本设计的硬件和软件是可行的.
This paper discusses the system design Of MLCC A. T. M. The machine structure is compact and rational due to using disc-shape dipping silver trough and dipping platen moving up and down and driven by a stepmotor through the lead ball screw. The control system of POsition and program made of microchip computer and encoders as well as the safeguard system enables the A. T. M to have high precision and efficiency. The software is of modular structure, the input of operation codes is parallel flow and it is simple for operation and parameter modification . The application result has proved that both the hardware and the software in this system are applicable.
