Existing Problems and Improvement Measures of Rural Serviceable Talents Training in New Rural Construction

概述了我国农村实用人才资源的现状,分析了农村实用人才培养中存在的诸多问题,提出了树立科学的农村人才观、加大教育培训力度、加大政策扶持力度、加强公共服务体系建设、加强农村实用人才管理等促进人才培养措施,为建设社会主义新农村提供智力支持。

The status in quo of rural serviceable talents resources in China was summarized, existing problems of rural serviceable talents training were analyzed, and the measures to promde personnel training which was composed of establishing the scientific rural talent, efforts to increase education and training, increase policy support streng then the public service system, strengthen rural and practical talent management and so or/were put forward in order to provide intellectual support for building a new socialist countryside.
