摘要 [目的]了解6-BA对植物萌发和生长的调节作用,以提高育种和栽培效率。[方法]用不同浓度的6-BA处理大豆种子,观察研究种子萌发率和胚轴,胚根的生长情况。[结果]低浓度6-BA可促进黄豆萌发,高浓度(10mg/L)时则抑制大豆种子萌发。低浓度(0.01、0.1mg/L)的6-BA促进豆芽胚轴、胚根的伸长;高浓度(10mg/L)的6-BA抑制胚轴、胚根的伸长;10mg/L的6-BA可获得最佳轴根比;6-BA可增粗胚轴。[结论]适宜浓度的6-BA可提高农产品的产量与品质。 [ Objective] The research aimed to know the regulation of 6-BA in the germination and growth of plants and increase the breeding and cultivation efficiency. [ Method] Different concentration of 6-BA was used to treat soybean seeds and observe and study the seed germination rate and the growth situations of hypoeotyl and radieel. [ Result] 6-BA at low concentration could promote the germination of soybean and 6-BA at high concentration ( 10 mg/L) could inhibit the seed germination of soybean. 6-BA at low concentrations (0.01 and 0.1 mg/L) promoted the elongation of soybean hypoeoty] and radieel and 6-BA at low concentrations ( 10 mg/L) inhibited the elongation of soybean hypoeotyl and radieel. The best hypoeotyl-radicel ratio could be obtained when the concentration of 6-BA was 10 mg/L. 6-BA could increase the thickness of hypoeotyl. [ Conclusion] 6-BA at appropriate concentrations could enhance the yield and quality of agricultural products.
