摘要
基于密码学的通信安全性思考，提出了语音的数字加密方法，设计了一种加密体制及两部密钥的模型。
Communication safe is analyzed according to cryptology. Secure speech communication is a kind of effectve method that enable communciation safe. This paper pose a method of speech data enciphering. And a kind of encihering system and secondary key model is proposed.
