与国际大公司大企业集团相比,我国企业最大弱势是缺乏核心竞争力,必须积极培育和提高核心竞争力。具体应抓好以下工作:开发核心技术;关注组织资本与社会资本的结合,确定生产经营价值链上的关键环节;树立创新意识,抓好技术创新与管理创新;处理好多元化经营与专业化经营关系,制定正确的发展战略;利用信息技术,做好企业信息化建设。

Compared with international companies and enterprise groups, the biggest weakness of Chinese enterprises is that they lack in core competitive edges, which needs to be nurtured and enhanced actively. Actions must be taken in areas as follows： to develop key technologies; to pay attention to the combination of organizational capital and social capital and ascertain the crucial links of the value chains of production and marketing; to sharpen the awareness of innovation in technologies and management; to better handle relations between diversified and specialized operations; and to build up information data for enterprises by using modem informational technology.
