摘要
文章通过对石河子市民族中学双语教师现状、教学态度、教学方式以及双语教师对教学的评价进行研究分析,提出石河子市民族中学的双语教师师资力量不足,教师语言素质虽然较高,但是其专业素质整体偏低,应加强其学科汉语培训;教师教学方法单一,应加大师资培训力度、深度与广度,提高双语教学的技能;教师整体把握运用教材能力不足,新课程改革教学理念和方法尚未得以贯彻,应鼓励教师在教学实践中,不断探索实现教学目标的有效方法和教学规律。
This article, analyzing the present situation,teaching attitude,teaching methods and bilingual teachers' evaluation on teaching in Shihezi middle schools, proposes that the number of bilingual teachers is inadequate, they are low in their general professional quality although they are linguistically competent, teaching methods are inflexible, they lack the overall ability to the use of teaching materials, and they have not fully New Curriculum teaching philosophy and methods. Efforts must be made to improve their skills of bilingual teaching, and to encourage them to find more effective teaching methods in their teaching practices.
