摘要
文章从英语师范生在见习、实习、顶岗实习中出现的问题出发,采用任务型教学,验证任务型教学是否能提高高职学生英语教学技能;借鉴能力本位职业教育的培养模式,提出在高职小学英语教育专业学生中加强教学技能的培养,旨在培养其教学基本技能,提高教育实践能力,缩短师范生进入小学教师工作岗位时的适应周期。
This paper adopts TBLT to test its efficacy in improving praetioners' English teaching skills in light of the problems occurred in classroom activities and real teaching practices. By using the training mode of Competence-Based vocational education, this writer puts forward that the training of the teaching skills among vocational students must be strengthened so as to cultivate students' basic teaching skills to improve their practical teaching ability and to shorten the period of adaptability of the normal school students as they take primary school teaching positions.
