本文介绍了ＳｉＣ结构的多型性及其表示方法，总结了迄今为止已发现的１６０余种多型体，并介绍了本文作者发现的一个新的多型体１１４Ｒ－ＳｉＣ．ＨＪ１〗
The polytypic structure of silicon carbide and its description method were briefly reviewed, and more than 160 polytypes which have discovered were summed up. A new type 114SiC also was introduced in this paper.
