广州市120网络医院急救反应时间状况分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的:分析2006—2008年广州市120网络医院急救反应时间数据,探讨影响急救反应时间的相关因素,提出政策性建议。方法:运用SPSS对2006~2008年广州市120网络医院急救反应时间的数据进行统计分析。对150名急救医务人员进行问卷调查,了解影响急救反应时间的相关因素。结果:广州市52家120网络医院平均反应时间是16.2min,其中出车时间为3min,院前反应时间为13.2min。35%的网络医院反应时间在10-15min,反应时间在16—30min的占94%,有6%的医院反应时间超过30min。14%的受访医务人员认为是出车慢是医生、护士的原因。35%认为是车辆原因,49%认为是担架员原因。结论:无论是在中心城区还是在非中心城区,都存在急救车到达急救现场时间过长的现象。这种现象的出现.一方面与急救人员自身有关,另一方面与交通状况较为拥堵有密切关系。 Objective To investigate the responsive time and factors of hospitals of 120 emergency network in Guangzhou of the year 2006 -2008, and try to provide the policy recoramendations for government and medical institutions to improve the emergency capacity. Methods Analyzing statistics of responsive time of hospitals of 120 emergency network in Guangzhou of the year 2006 - 2008 by SPSS and get the factors of responsive time by questionnaire. Results First - aid network of 120 hospitals responsive time (pre -hospital responsive time and responsive time in hospital) was 16.2 minutes, in which the average responsive time was 3 minutes, and the pre- hospital responsive time was 13.2 minutes. 35 percent of the network hospital made the responsive time in 10 to 15 minutes. Responsive time of hospitals in 16 to 30 minutes accounts for 31 percent. 6 percent of the hospitals made the trip for more than 30 minutes. 14 percent of the respondents attributed the reason why the emergency response was slower to doctors or nurses . 35 percent thought that vehicles was the reason, and 49 percent lay the blame on the stretchers workers. Conclusions It takes too much time for 120 network hospital of Guangzhou to arrive the emergency scene. The phenomenon has something to do with first - aid personnel and is also closely related to traffic jam.
