摘要
本文采用对氯苯甲醛为起始原料制得对氯苯腈,经硝化、还原得标题化合物.并对其进行了物化常数、IR、1HNMR、MS及元素分析等检测,结果表明:结构正确,该合成路线工艺合理,具有实用开发价值.
amino 4 chloro benzonitrile(TMS) was synthesized from 4 chloro benzaldehyde through nitrification and reduction, and its physical and chemical constants were determined with the method of IR, MS, HNMS and element analysis. The results show that the structure is correct, the synthetic route is reasonable, and this synthetic method is of practical value for development.
