浅谈登士伯镍钛机动器械在根管治疗中的疗效分析

目的：探讨医护密切配合，使profile机械根管预备达到安全、高效、理想的治疗效果。方法：采用TECNIKA机械根管预备机对596例患者根管预备治疗，并在治疗中术前准备，机器操作步骤配合，机械的无茵消毒、保养，口腔健康教育护理方面进行探讨。结果：用profile系统预备的根管形态好。便于下一步的根管充填和冠修复，进一步确认了根管治疗在牙齿保存方法中的地位。治疗中未发生因操作护理不当造成的不良后果。大大提高了工作效率，也提高了临床治疗水平。

Objective： To explore the health care closely, so that profile mechanical root canal preparation is safe, efficient, an ideal therapeutic effect. Methods ： TECNIKA mechanical root canal preparation machine to 596 cases of root canal preparation in patients with treatment, and in the treatment of preoperative preparation steps with the machine, machine sterile disinfection, maintenance, education, oral health care were discussed. Results： The profile system prepared root canal shape is good, the next step to facilitate root canal filling and crown, and further confirmed the root canal treatment in tooth preservation methods in place. Treatment did not occur due to operation of the adverse effects of improper care. Greatly enhance the working efficiency, but also increased the level of clinical treatment.
