摘要
本文初步探讨一种高合金化Ni-Cr-Co基合金铸锭热塑性及其变形行为。由于合金中含大量固溶元素和高含量的γ′形成元素;铸态组织中粗大一次相富集枝晶间区;合金熔点低、变形抗力大,难以变形。本文提出均质化工艺:通过变形功的测定,找出最佳变形温度和允许最大变形量;改善热塑性,找出难变形合金热加工的有效途径。高强、高合金化镍基高温合金的热塑性是变形合金的疑难问题,研究并决定它是一重要应用研究课题。
This paper gives an elementary probe into hot ductility and deformation behavior of castingot of a high alloyed Ni-Cr-Co based alloy. As high solid soution elements, high ν' form-ing elements and concentration of coarse primary phases at the inter-dendrite positions of thecast structure, the alloy possesses low melting temperature and high resistance to deforma-tion, therefore it is difficult to deform. A homogenizing process has been suggested in the paper. By means of deformat on workmeasurment the optimum deformation temperature and the maximum tolerable deformationhave been found out, the hot ductility has been improved, and an effective way of hot workingof the less deformable alloy has been sought out.
