电子束辐射交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆配方改进

摘要 本文围绕低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)辐射交联过程中由于热量的积聚和气体(H2)逸出及过剩电荷的积累产生气泡和放电破坏现象提出了改进配方,考察了交联剂及其添加量、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)共混和醇-胺电荷抑制剂对聚乙烯辐射交联的影响,测定了试验样品的一些主要性能并作了比较分析。 An improved formulation for power cable with radiation crosslinked low density polyethylene(LDPE) as insulation is described which solves the foaming and the discharge breakdown in polyethylene caused by heat accumulation, gas(hydrogen) evolution and excess charges during high energy electron radiation process. The effects of crosslink agent and its amount, triethanolamine and 1,4 butanedial electric charge inhibitor, and ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) blending on the radiation crosslinking of polyethylene are discussed. Some main characteristics of radiated polyethylene composite samples are measured and compared.
