县级电大具有独特的办学优势,最能直接地服务于就近的学习者,在当地经济建设和社会发展中发挥了重要作用。当前,县级电大的发展面临新的问题,办学性质和体制正发生变化,电大系统的有机联系出现弱化趋势。县级电大的可持续发展,一是有效地利用办学优势,在新形势下发挥独特作用;二是加强内涵建设,提升自身的发展能力。

County level TVUs have their unique educational advantages in that they can directly serve nearby learners and play important roles in local economic and social development.At present,county level TVus are facing new problems,such as the changes in its nature and organization,and the weakening of the organic link within the TVU system.The sustainable development of county level TVUS lies,firstly in efficient exploitation of its advantages and exertion of it unique functions in the new situation,and secondly in the connotative construction and upgrade of its strength.
