摘要
根据"事物"、"过程"和"方法"三类描绘对象,将绩效技术模型分为"绩效影响因素"模型、"绩效改进流程"模型和"干预措施匹配"模型三类进行描述,列举每类的代表进行分析和对比,以期帮助绩效技术领域的初学人员把握影响绩效的变量,了解绩效改进流程,并针对原因选择恰当的干预措施。
Based on the three targets of description-object,process and method,Human Performance Technology (HPT) can be classified into three models:the HTP influencing factor model,the HPT improvement procedure model and the intervening measures matching model.In the article,the three models are described,their representatives listed,analysis and comparisons made,in order to help beginners in this field to grasp variables that influence performance,understand and improve processes,and choose appropriate intervention measures.
