乡镇型数字化学习中心建设模式探索——北京市平谷区镇罗营镇示范学习中心个案调研

On the Construction Mode of Digital Learning Centers in Country Towns

为探索乡镇数字化学习中心建设的模式和机制,促进农村信息化和学习型乡镇的建设,以北京市平谷区镇罗营镇数字化示范学习中心为个案,对镇罗营镇的产业、劳动力情况、学习中心信息设施建设、培训、农民培训资源需求、学习形式和模式、服务模式、管理组织(镇级、村级)等情况做了调研,在分析的基础上,总结该教改项目取得的学习效果及社会效益,并指出在实施过程中发现的问题,提出发展建议,力求为我国乡镇型数字化学习中心模式和机制的建设提供一些经验。

To explore the construction mode and mechanism of digital learning centers in country towns,a full scale interview and investigation is conducted in the Zhenluoying County of Pinggu District in Beijing,on its industries,labor forces,information equipment construction of learning centers,the demand of peasant training for resource,the method and mode of learning,service mode and management organizations.
