摘要
本文提出一种房间空调器新型翅片管式蒸发器设计的计算机方法。分析了各种参数变化时对设计结果的影响,并通过计算最佳质量流速来求解最大热流密度,这样可以得到合理的蒸发器外型尺寸,达到优化设计的目的。此法经多种规格的蒸发器进行了验证。
This paper presents a computerized design method of the evaporator with a new type fin tubes for room air conditioner, The effects of changing parameters on the design result are analysed, and the maximum density of heat flow is gained by means of calculating the optimum mass flow, so as to get the proper outer dimensions of the evaporator, and to get the optimum design. The tests of evaporators of various specifications indicate that the method is practicable.
