内陆地区服务外包产业发展路径探析——以重庆市软件及信息服务外包产业为例

On Development Route of Inland Outsourcing Industry:A Case Study of Software and Information Outsourcing Industry in Chongqing

蓬勃发展的服务外包产业为内陆城市带来了优化产业结构、转变经济增长模式的机会。以地处内陆开放前沿的国家级服务外包示范城市重庆市为例,在对国际服务外包市场发展趋势研究的基础上,分析了重庆市在发展服务外包方面的有利条件和制约因素,从产业基础、技术引进与创新、融资渠道、信息公共服务平台、人才建设、发展环境等方面对重庆市服务外包产业发展路径进行了初探。

The flourish of outsourcing industry brings the optimization of industrial structure and the transformation of economic mode. Taking Chongqing-the inland national outsourcing demonstration city as an example, this paper analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of Chonqing to develop the outsourcing industry based on the study of the development trend of international outsourcing market. And the paper studies the development routes of outsourcing industry in Chongqing from the aspects of industrial basis, technological import and innovation, financing channel, public information service platform, talent construction and development environment.
