Analysis on fishing vessel accidents

当前我国海洋渔业安全生产形势依然严峻,党和国家对海洋渔业生产安全愈来愈重视,故此研究提高我国海洋渔业安全生产水平的措施迫在眉睫。本文从我国东海区一年的海洋渔业船舶事故情况为出发点,通过分类统计事故情况,多角度分析、研究事故发生特点,力求找出事故发生的一般性规律,并根据统计、分析结果提出加强渔业安全生产的对策建议。

The condition of Chinese sea fishery safety is still austere now. The government is taking more and more seriously consideration on fishery safety. It is very important to search for some methods to improve the condition of Chinese sea fishery safety. This article tries to find the common rule of the accidents and point out the advices to improve the condition of Chinese sea fishery safety by analyzing the sea fishery boat accidents.
