激光辐照下充压圆柱壳爆裂规律的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究了圆柱壳外径、内压、激光输出功率、光斑尺寸、激光能量空间分布等因素对激光辐照下充压圆柱天爆裂的定量影响和产生爆裂的阈值条件。实验结果表明上述因素与爆裂时刻之间呈现幂指数变化关系。发现在往天上高的温度梯度不利于裂纹萌生和扩展。 It is found that there are power exponent relations among factors produced rupture and the rupture time of cylindrical tanks irradiated by laser. The higher graded of temperature in the area irradiated by laser beam is not favorable for the crack formation and development. The original crack is formed in the center of area irradiated by laser beam, and development along the axial direction of tanks. The distribution of stress on the shell, which was got by finite element methods, was used to analyzed the mechanism of the rupture models of these tanks.
