如何充分借鉴国外的经验、做法、模式,更好更快地为企业科研人员提供全方位的情报服务,是企业科技情报工作人员应当思索的问题。本文针对新时期企业科技情报信息资源现状,提出了用计算机信息技术全面武装科技情报工作,实现科技情报工作的电子化、网络化。文中阐述了对企业信息资源局域网建设模式的设想,包括科技信息资源建设的目标、系统规划原则以及技术设备的选择情况等。

How to learn from foreign experience, practices, patterns, and provide a full range of intelligence services for business research is an issue that the enterprise science and technology information staff should ponder upon. Aiming at the current situation of science and technology information resources in the new era, author has proposed that computer information technology shall be applied to intelligence so as to realize information network working electronically and organizationally. Meanwhile, author has also clarified construction mode of local area network （LAN） on information resources for enterprises, including the target of information resource construction, system planning principles and objectives of technical equipment selection, etc.
