摘要
目的探讨锰超氧化物歧化酶(SOD2)在舌鳞癌中的表达及意义。方法对19例正常舌黏膜、80例舌鳞癌的石蜡切片用免疫组化检测SOD2的表达,同时对其表达水平进行统计学分析。结果在正常舌黏膜上皮中SOD2主要表达于基底层和棘层细胞胞浆。与正常舌黏膜比较,舌鳞癌组织中SOD2的表达明显升高,但其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),发生淋巴结转移患者SOD2的表达高于未转移者(P<0.05);分化程度不同的患者间SOD2的表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),高分化组织中SOD2表达水平最高,低分化表达水平最低;不同年龄、不同性别及不同T分期患者SOD2的表达水平差异没有统计学差异。结论舌鳞癌的发生发展与SOD2表达的升高密切相关。
Objective To investigate the significance of SOD2 expression in tongue squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistoehemical staining was used to quantify the expression levels of SOD2 in 19 cases of normal tongue mucosa, 80 cases of tongue squamous cell carcinoma. Statistical analysis was done with SPSS. Results SOD2 staining was detected in cytoplasm of stratum basale and stratum spinosum in normal tongue mucosa. The staining intensity of SOD2 was higher in tongue squamous cell carcinoma than that in normal tongue mucosa, but there was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). The staining intensity of SOD2 was significantly higher in patients with lymph node metastases (P 〈 0.05) and varied dramatically among different degrees of differentiation (P 〈 0.001). Expression levels of SOD2 was highest in well-differentiated and lowest in poorly differentiated. The difference of staining intensity of SOD2 were not significant among different ages, gender and T stage. Conclusion SOD2 was closely related to the incidence and development of tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
