新生儿腹腔镜手术的护理体会

目的探讨新生儿腹腔镜手术的护理体会。方法回顾我院自2006年起实施新生儿腹腔镜手术的临床资料,介绍新生儿腹腔镜,手术前、中、后的护理措施。结果手术顺利,术后恢复良好,无并发症发生。结论术前充分准备、术中密切配合、术后细致观察和精心护理可提高新生儿腹腔镜手术的成功率,减少术后并发症的发生,有利于患儿的早日康复。

Objective Purpose to further investigate neonatal laparoscopic surgery in terms of nursing care.Method By reviewing the clinical data of neonatal laparoscopy being implemented since 2006 in Women and Children’s Hospital of Guangdong Province to introduce the nursing interventions pre-,intra-and postoperatively.Results All neonates get full recovery after surgery without complication.Congclusion Adequate preparations before surgery,skilled cooperation during surgery,and close observation and nursing care contribute to the increase of success rates of neonatal laparoscopic surgery and the decrease of postoperative complications in order to benefit the neonatal rehabilitation at early time.
