经尿道前列腺电切术围手术期服用非那雄胺的临床价值 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)围手术期服用非那雄胺的临床应用价值。方法将拟行TURP的良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的患者随机分为服药组(术前非那雄胺10mg/d×2周,术后非那雄胺10mg/d×2周)及空白对照组,每组42例。记录前列腺切除重量,计算术中失血量、输血率,二次手术止血率,记录术后肉眼血尿事件和镜下血尿转阴时间。结果服药组切除每克前列腺组织出血量为(4.98±2.68),明显低于对照组的(6.32±4.57)(P<0.05)。服药组均未输血,对照组输血率9.5%(4/42)。同时服药组无二次手术止血病例,对照组二次手术止血率4.8%(2/40)。出院后服药组肉眼血尿发生率2.3%(1/42),对照组发生率14.2%(5/42)。术后服药组镜下血尿平均转阴时间(3.8±1.9)周,明显低于对照组的(5.7±2.4)周(P<0.05)。结论TURP术前联合术后服用非那雄胺可明显降低围手术期出血事件的发生,同时副作用未见明显增加。
