钻井液混合器中喷嘴的设计与数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 针对动态压井钻井(DKD)技术所需求的混合处理量Q_c、混合后需达到的浓度、压力比、喷射面积比等相关参数,设计了一种梅花形喷嘴结构。采用雷诺时均方程法,借助CFD平台,对喷嘴及混合腔内部的流场进行了数值模拟。研究了梅花形喷嘴结构对喷射混合能力的影响,结果表明,梅花形喷嘴独特的内部结构生成的多个旋转并向外扩张的喘射流能产生很好的混合效果。 A plum blossom-shaped nozzle is designed on the basis of the mixing capacity Qc required by the dynamic kill drilling (DKD) technology, the concentration, pressure ratio, spray area ratio and other related parameters required after mixing. The numerical simulation of the flow field in the nozzle and mixing chamber is carried out with the help of Reynolds time-averaged equations and CFD platform. The influence of the structure of the nozzle on the spray and mixing capacity is studied. The result has shown that the several rotating and expending - outward spraying jet streams produced by the unique internal structure of the nozzle will result in good mixing effects.
