拉西瓦水电站700 MW水轮机蜗壳及肘管现场制造研究

摘要 针对拉西瓦水电站700 MW水轮机蜗壳及肘管的现场制作的工程特点及技术难点,从S500 M高强钢板材质、施工工艺、质量控制等方面作了全面研究与实践,解决了拉西瓦水轮机水轮机蜗壳及肘管制作施工和焊接工艺难题,总结了蜗壳新材质与施工工艺研究的科研成果和成功经验,填补了西北高原大型水轮机蜗壳现场加工制造的空白,可为以后工程提供借鉴经验。 Considering the characteristics and technical difficulties of in-situ manufacturing of spiral case and elbow for 700 MW turbine of laxiwa Hydropower Station, the material of S500 M high-strength steel, manufacturing techniques and quality control are studied comprehensively. The difficulties on in-situ production of spiral case and elbow and welding techniques are solved, and some research achievements and experiments on material and manufacturing techniques are summed up. This practice is the first in-situ manufacturing of spiral case and elbow in Northwest Plateau area and can be as reference for another similar hydropower projects.
