现阶段农地产权制度对农户土壤保护性投资影响的实证分析——以丘陵地区水稻生产为例被引量：52

摘要本文利用2005年江西省丘陵地区的农户调查数据,分析了农地产权因素对农户土壤保护性投资的影响。结果表明,现阶段农地产权因素对农户自发的土壤保护性投资具有显著影响,其影响表现为减少自然村土地调整次数和提高自然村土地证书发放比例均能提高农地产权的安全性,激励农户进行自发的土壤保护性投资。分析同时还发现,农户厌恶风险的态度放大了农地产权因素对农户土壤保护性投资的影响。
