摘要
本文根据电力、冶金、煤碳、建筑设计院和风机制造厂的风机选型与设计需要,提出了离心式通风机变型设计方法,通过对原有通风机个别几何参数的改变来满足设计要求,针对不同的变型设计方法,给出控制方程组。提出了一种使设计通风机的滑移系数更接近实际的修正方法,最后,给出非线性方程组的解法及变型设计的计算框图。
The design method of changing form for centrifugal fans is presented in this paper to meet the needs of fan factories and design institutes in electric power, metallurgy, coal mine and architecture. It meets the performence requirements by changing a few geometric parameter of an original fan. The control equations are deduced for several situation. A more effective revising method to calculate the slip factor of a centrifugal fan is also presented. The solution of the nonlinear equations and the program frameworks of the method are given.
