目的:分析12例以虹膜炎继发青光眼行滤过术后出现前房积脓病例的治疗与护理。方法:医生、护师反复询问病史及检查诊断为白塞氏病,不同于一般青光眼术后迟发性眼内炎。结果:患者前房积脓消失。结论:Behcet病大多数的眼部表现是前部葡萄膜炎(虹膜睫状体炎)视网膜的坏死性血管病变亦常见,而前房积脓是Behcet病眼部的一个特征。

Objective：To analysis of 12 cases of iritis secondary to glaucoma filtering surgery cases occur hypopyon treat- ment and care.Methods： By doctors, nurse repeatedly asked for medical history and diagnosis of Behcet＇s disease, glaucoma was different from the late postoperative endophthalmitis. Results： Hypopyon with the patients disappeared.
