验光配镜联合综合疗法治疗远视性弱视的临床观察

Clinical observation of optometric methods combined comprehensive therapy in the treatment of hyperopic amblyopia

目的:了解验光配镜联合综合疗法治疗远视性弱视眼的临床疗效。方法:96例远视性弱视儿童经散瞳检影、复查配戴矫正眼镜,同时行遮盖、红光闪烁治疗以及精细目力训练,定期复查,调整遮盖比例和戴镜度数。结果:儿童远视性弱视的治疗效果与戴镜年龄、戴镜时间、远视和弱视类型有关。结论:早期发现,早期配镜,早期治疗可以收到较好疗效。

Objective： To evaluate the long term effect of optometric methods combined comprehensive therapy in the treatment of hyperopic amblyopia. Methods： 96 children with hyperopic amblyopia were treated with spectacles by retinoscopy after pupil dilation and post cycloplegic refraction, as well as cover training, red-light flicker pleoptics, and rotatary work prescribed. In the regular follow-ups, the cover ratio and refractive diopter were adjusted according to their visual function. Results： The Long term effect of hyperopic amblyopia in children was related to the age, the time with spectacles, the degree of hyperopia and amblyopia. Conclusion： Early detection, early matching glasses, early treatment can receive better effect.
