中药注射剂不良反应的现状及临床预防对策

Adverse Reactions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection:Current Situation and Clinical Preventive Measures

目的探讨中药注射剂不良反应的现状及制定预防对策,保障临床用药安全。方法对中药注射剂不良反应数据进行分析,查阅有关文献,结合工作实践,总结产生不良反应的原因,并提出预防措施。结果中药注射剂不良反应现状严重,在医疗机构中规范中药注射剂的临床使用流程,加强用药监护,能有效地减少甚至避免中药注射剂ADR的发生。结论中药注射剂不良反应应引起重视,并规范中药注射剂的临床使用流程。

Objective To discuss the current situation of the adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injection（TCMI） and formulate the preventive measures to guarantee the safety of clinical administration. Methods We summarized the reasons why TCMI led to side effects and put forward preventive measures by the analysis of the data and concerned documents and the combination of working practice. Results The current situation of the adverse reactions of TCMI was serious. Standardization of use process of TCMI clinical administration and enhancement of drug monitoring could reduce and even avoid the adverse reactions of TCMI effectively. Conclusion We should pay more attention to the adverse reactions caused by TCMI, and standardize the TCMI clinical administration.
