摘要 本文主要对1.2~4.8Kb/s的低速率语音编码体制进行研究,并构造了以MBE为基础的,应用现代语音处理技术的编码体制。文章分析了目前两大语音编码方向——CELP和MBE各自的优缺点,讨论了MBE的开放性,对语音参数编码,抗环境噪声,抗信道误码,误音激活检测(VAD)等技术和MBE的结合作了简略说明。文章还具体的给出了一种基于MBE的语音编码体制的构造,分析了其参数提取的方法。 This paper discusses methods of low bit rate speech coding ranging from 1.2 to 4.8Kb/s , and constructs an algorithm based on MBE which takes the advantages of current advanced processing technique of speech signal. The advantages and disadvantages of two directions of speech coding——CELP and MBE are analyzed. The posibility of using advanced technique on MBE is presented, including speech parameters coding, background noise reduction, protection to channel transmission errors, voice activity detection, etc. [WT5”HZ〗
