Discussion on the requirement and construction of survey-project database

本文分析了工程数据库需求,提出工程数据库的两个技术要点:以传统测绘理论为核心确保测绘过程的严密,以信息系统总体集成设计方法为框架进行工程数据库的设计和开发;提出以提高作业和管理效率为目标,以标准为支撑,按测绘过程进行功能分解的建设思路。

This paper analyzes the requirements of survey-project database, and presents two key points and some ideas. One point is to ensure the preciseness of surveying process in view of the traditional survey theory. The other one is to guarantee the strictness of database design and development based on the frame of information system integration technique. Meanwhile, the paper gives some ideas, of which the target is to improve working and managing efficiency; the decisions have to be supported by codes and standards; and the system functions can be separated by surveying processes.
