摘要
粉煤灰库承担着燃煤发电厂排出的粉煤灰的存贮任务,粉煤灰库坝是贮灰场的主体工程,粉煤灰库坝的安全直接关系到人民生命财产的安全和环境保护。粉煤灰库事故可引发泥石流、滑坡、水土污染等次生灾害而进一步扩大事故的危害性。本文分析了某粉煤灰库存在的主要危险及危害因素,并对库坝抗滑稳定性进行了计算,对坝体稳定性进行了分析评价,提出了坝体失稳的治理方法及闭库安全管理措施与建议,以期对粉煤灰库闭库安全管理提供参考。
Fly ash storage plays the significant role for storing the fly ash from the coal-fire power plant. The dam for the fly ash storage is the main work of the ash yard and it is related to the safety of the people and property and to the environment protection. The accident of the fly ash storage could cause the secondary disaster such as mud-rock flow, landslide and the pollution of water and soil. The main potential risk factors of fly ash storage are analyzed, and the stability of the dam slope is evaluated by using Swedish circle method. Some measures to control the failure of the dam and the safe management countermeasures for the closing storage are recommended, which could provide the reference for the further safe management of the closed fly ash storage.
