摘要 对醋酸纤维采用分散染料、阳离子染料及活性染料进行染色,研究了染料类型、温度、pH值、电解质等因素对醋酸纤维上染百分率的影响。结果表明:E型和SE型分散染料在85℃、pH值5-6的条件下上染百分率最高;阳离子染料在中性条件下的染色效果最好;双活性基活性染料染色的最佳工艺条件为温度85℃,硫酸钠50g/L。 Cellulose acetate fiber was dyed using disperse dyes, cationic dyes and reactive dyes. The influence of dye types, temperature, pH value and electrolyte on the dyeing uptake for cellulose acetate fiber was investigated. The results showed that the E and SE type disperse dyes have the highest dyeing uptake at 85℃ and under pH value 5-6. However, for cationic dyes, good dyeing result could be obtained under neutral condition. The best dyeing process for bifunctional groups reactive dyes was 85℃ with 50 g/L of Na2SO4.
