某体育场巨型钢管桁架拱整体旋转起扳及滑移施工技术 被引量:9

摘要 在某体育馆巨型钢拱斜拉屋盖结构形式中,巨型钢管桁架拱的现场安装是其施工中的难点。针对该体育馆钢拱安装,提出了一种整体旋转起扳滑移施工方法,不仅可以避免传统的胎架支承和分段提升施工方法可能带来的初始内力过大的问题,而且钢拱安装与屋盖施工的平行作业可缩短施工周期并节约施工成本。为真实模拟钢拱的施工过程,在有限元结构分析模型中采用了一体化建模技术;通过对某体育馆的钢拱按照整体旋转起扳滑移法进行了施工全过程模拟分析,在计算机上实现了钢拱起扳滑移过程中的连续作业。分析结果揭示了钢拱在整个施工过程中拱脚反力的变化、拱沿弧线的内力分布与幅值、拱弧线在起扳与滑移过程中的面内与面外变形以及吊点区域局部构件应力的变化,为进一步深化施工方案提供了技术支持。 The giant arch cable-stayed roof structure, as a new kind of structure form, is applied widely in gymnasiums. The erection and construction of the giant steel-pipe truss arch is focused in this paper. A rotation pulling and sliding scheme is proposed. This can reduce initial internal force in the structure, that are resulted from the erection by using supporting point procedure, and the construction period is greatly shorten because of the arch and the roof erected simultaneously. In order to check and show deformation amplitudes and internal forces of the arch during the whole construction, the whole construction simulation based on an integrated model is carried out. The results obtained can be further references to make construction scheme carefully and to put it into practical application.
