Construction Technology of Concrete Decorative Panels Curtain Wall with Complex Ornamentation in Chinese Characters Museum

中国文字博物馆工程外檐采用饕餮纹装饰板,采用二凹二凸混凝土-硅胶模板体系进行预制,具有模板制作费用低、周转使用次数多、纹饰效果易于控制等特点,与原设计的现浇饕餮纹装饰板施工相比可节省大面积专用装饰模板制作费用、脚手架搭设费用,有效解决了板壁高、薄、斜引起的施工难题,该技术可广泛适用于各类建筑结构室内外带有复杂纹饰混凝土装饰构件和大型混凝土装饰板工程的施工。

The exterior eaves of Chinese Characters Museum uses decorative panels carved Taotie veins. By technological innovation, the decorative panels are prefabricated with concave and convex twice concrete-silica formwork system which has some characteristics of lower production cost, many turnover times and easier to control the ornamentation effect. Compared to cast-in-place construction of decorative panels carved Taotie veins, the formwork system can save the produce cost of decorative formwork and the cost of scaffolding erection. The construction problems caused by the high, thin and oblique of wall are solved. This formwork system can be widely used in many concrete decoration members with complex patterns in building.
