Construction Technology of Integral Lifting of Long-span Steel Vestibule

摘要 杭州某建筑总建筑面积约25万m2,分南北两个塔楼,中间有景观河分隔,采用空中通廊将塔楼连接。通廊采用钢结构,是由两榀主桁架和连接主桁架的楼面及屋面梁组成的空间结构,跨度达81.35m,重676t。采用整体提升,高空滑移后补嵌后装段的施工方法。详细介绍了主要施工步骤和关键部位处理措施。 Total building area of some building group in Hangzhou is about 250 000 square meters. The building group is composite of two tower buildings which are connected with air vestibule. The steel vestibule with span 81.35 meters and weight 676 tons is a space structure consisting of.two main trusses and roof and .beams which connect the main trusses. Construction method of "integral lifting, high level sliding and supplementing and embedding later installation segment" is used. The authors show in detail the key construction steps and treatment measures of key building parts.
