摘要
原3层砖木混合结构老建筑,拟保留东面和南面两片外墙,拆除内部其他结构,新建成14层的新综合楼,如何保证两片墙体在内部建筑拆除施工过程中不产生较大的位移或倒塌,成为整个施工过程中的重要环节。利用ANSYS有限元分析模型模拟墙体的各个施工过程,通过对墙体模型各个加载步的控制,计算得到整个施工过程中墙体的变形和位移情况,校核和改进结构的初步加固方案,为整个结构的施工过程提供计算依据。
A three-storey old brick and wood building will be transformed to a new building of 14 floors by retaining the original two outer walls of east and south and removing all internal constructions. How to ensure that the two walls have no a greater displacement or collapse in demolished process is very important. The typical finite element analysis software, ANSYS, is used to simulate the various construction processes. By controlling load-steps, the deformations and displacements of walls in the whole construction process are calculated, and initial reinforcement plan is checked and improved.
