正交实验优选催吐萝芙木水溶性生物碱的提取工艺研究 被引量:5

Optimization of the Extraction Technology for Water Soluble Alkaloids from Rauwolfia vomitoria Afzel by Orthogonal Test

摘要 目的优选催吐萝芙木水溶性生物碱的提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交实验,研究溶剂用量、提取时间、提取溶剂的pH条件3个因素对催吐萝芙木醇提工艺的影响,以提取物中的水溶性生物碱为指标,采用SAS 8.0统计软件进行方差分析,得到最佳提取工艺。结果催吐萝芙木的最佳浸提工艺为用10倍量95%的工业酒精在pH为2的条件下,浸提5 h。结论该工艺简便、合理,提取时间只有传统醇提工艺的1/12,生物碱盐酸盐的提取率可达12.8%。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of water soluble alkaloid from Rauwolfia vomitoria Afzel.Methods Researched the influences of solvent volume,extracting time and solvent pH value on extraction techniques for Rauwolfia vomitoris Afzel.With the water soluble alkaloids in extracts as index,the optimal condition by L9(34) orthogonal test was studied.The data obtained were analyzed for GLM using SAS 8.0 software package.Results The optimum process conditions were determined as follows: adding 10 times amount of 95 % industrial alcohol (pH = 2 ) extracting 5 hours. Conclusion This extraction technology is simple, reasonable, time efficient with high yielding (12.8%).
