摘要 以丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为单体,通过溶液聚合制备带环氧基团的丙烯酸酯共聚物。该聚合物与明胶通过溶液共混并交联制膜。利用红外光谱FTIR表征三元共聚物的结构和分子间的交联。考察聚合物中羧酸含量、明胶含量、溶液的pH值对膜渗透性能的影响,并测试了膜的交联度和拉伸强度。 Tercopolymer,acrylic acid-methylmethacrylate-glycidyl methacrylate was synthesized by solution polymerization from acrylic acid( AA)/methyl methacrylate (MMA)/glycidyl methacrylate (GMA). Crosslink was achieved by addition of gelatin in the copolymer solution. The effect of the carboxylic acid content in the copolymer,the ratio of gelatin and polymer as well as the pH value on the membrane swelling was investigated. The structure of the tercopolymer and crosslink was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). Tensile strength and degree of crosslink of the membrane were tested.
