摘要
大型透明塑料平板件在航空航天、汽车制造等领域的应用越来越广泛。通过对注射成型的透明塑料平板试件的表面测量,建立其表面实测误差模型,使用注塑模拟软件对其进行注塑成型模拟,并对平板的光学性能进行检测。结果显示平板在其边角处产生了严重变形,并直接影响其光学性能,而变形主要是由平板件的厚向收缩不均所导致的。
Large transparent plastic plates were widely used in the fields such as aeronautics,automobiles, the test plastic plate' s surface was measured by injection method, generated a surface inaccurate model, then simulated its injection molding by relevant software and examined its optical quality. The result demonstrated that, due to uneven contraction in depth direction,noticeable deformation occured on the edges of the plate which deteriorated its optical quality.
